i really loved this movie. it had a contemporary spin on the old story with it's modern-day music to go with the old-timey outfits. probably wasn't the most historically accurate account of the life of marie antoinette, but it seemed more like a high school drama. it was full of gossip, romance and cheating, lies, and more drama. there was a lot of sex in this movie, so i wouldn't recommend it to those who can't handle that yet. you have to be mature to watch this. but visually, it was stunning. the camera shots and landscape of the city was amazing. the end of the movie was very tasteful (we all know how she dies), but it didn't show that mess. i have heard that many people didn't like it, but i think this is one of the movies that you either love or hate
